HomeGrown National Park Crawl

On October 5th, 2014 the David Suzuki Foundation will host the second annual Homegrown Park Crawl, a one-day celebration of Toronto’s green space!

Residents will join David Suzuki and dozens of chefs, musicians, Park Rangers and park lovers to celebrate the Homegrown National Park Project. Hundreds of local residents will enjoy delicious food and great music as we crawl —by foot, bike and canoe — between the parks of the former Garrison Creek.

The park crawl kicks off at 10:00 in Christie Pits. From there, we’ll move to Bickford Park, Fred Hamilton and finish at Trinity Bellwoods. We are seeking a team of energetic and committed volunteers to help us pull it all off again this year!
